Its unclear if it should go into KDE CVS.

- compatibility questions (threads required)
- is it the right place? (does not need QT/KDE,mpeglib does not even
  need arts,...)

Maybe its usefull to put it in a seperate CVS Module in the KDE tree, like
"arts-codecs" or something (this would make distribution more easy)

Currently its a .tgz distribution.

Other ideas?
