It would be useful for language courses. There are many language courses
on CD that can be bought or borrowed in libraries. Each CD may have
something like 10 - 15 tracks and each track has several phrases. A
program like KVocTrain could use those CDs if the user installs the
content of the CD on the computer. KVocTrain needs metadata that
specifies the phrases and their location in the track. This metadata
could be shared by people who use that particular course with KVocTrain.
