Hi,
as some of you already know, I'm writing a "Requirements & Specification" at
Uni (for a software engineering internship) for KDE multimedia in KDE 4. To
get a broader perspective on what the requirements really are I want to know
from you what you think the KDE Multimedia API (or framework) should provide.
Send the answers to me. I don't think we need another discussion on the list.
I'm hopefully be able to give you access to the work I'm doing so that you
can take a look at what's going on.
Here a few questions to help you along (you don't have to use these):
- What problem do we have to solve? (Problem Statement)
- Who will use the work? / Who will directly profit from the work?
- What do you want to do with the API (as a developer)?
- What additional features do we want to have (like software mixer, audio
output routing...)
