Ok, so what I must do to add it? Just create a new directory under the 
kdeextragear CVS and add the files?

Another question... is it going to be release together with KDE 3.1, right? So 
the KDE 3.1 feature freeze is valid for it? I must enter the planned features 
in KDE's feature plan, right?

And last but not least... can anyone help me with a better name for the 
plugin? FilterPlaylist is kind of lame... :)
