Hi,

I just tried embedding some sound into a web page; result: konqueror crashes 
reliably when loading the page. The crash isn't at a distinct place though. 
Sometimes it's in KPlayObjectFactory::createPlayObject(), sometimes in 
KPlayObject::object(), sometimes it's again somewhere else. Sometimes it's a 
SEGV, sometimes an ABRT due to an unhandled exception (std::logic_error 
thrown from std::string's ctor in KPOF::createPlayObject())...
My suspicion is that something is wrong with the event loop (just had a glance 
over kdelibs/arts/kde and saw event loop magic in there ;-)
Can anyone reproduce this? This should suffice to trigger the crash (given 
that test.mp3 exists, the same happens with a .wav file and audio/x-wav 
though):
