This contains two or three different fixes, but does nothing for the alsa 0.9 
issue. Maybe suse patches their alsa 0.9 to provide some sort of 0.5 
compatbility layer?... Can someone who uses suse and knows his way around 
their srpms verify, or suggest a differet explanation? I don't see how kdemm 
could possibly compile against alsa 0.9 without special provisions.

Anyway, how soon can we expect alsa 0.9 support in the kdemm cvs? I'm not 
saying "do it", but rather "what are your plans?".
