Please not nonbeta.  This is supposed to be in KDE 3.1.  KVideoPlayObject 
should be renamed to just Arts::VideoPlayObject, and move into arts 
itself, probably into the same old kmedia2 interface.  KVideoWidget should 
go into libartskde in kdelibs.  The Xine PlayObject itself should go into 
kdemultimedia.  The full-featured noatun plugin should go into 
kdemultimedia or kdeaddons.  I'll handle the Kaboodle patch.

Accounts are good for anywhere there isn't an ACL, and the ACLs only exist 
in admin/ and www/.
