Yes, this bug snuck in.  I already fixed it in cvs for kde 3.0.1

When you add a new file in the playlist, noatun stops playing the current file, and start to play the file you just entered. It is not a good feature, because, you may want to assure the continuity of the music and just add file at the end of the playlist. It worked well with kde 2, but not in kde 3.
