For the second part, ctrl-m is the default accelerator. In current cvs it
pops a dialog reminding you of this when you hide the menu (with a
checkbox to never show again, of course).

thanks,

Don't think of a bug as a problem. Think of it as a call to action.

has caused the attached bug report to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

(NB: If you are a system administrator and have no idea what I'm
talking about this indicates a serious mail system misconfiguration
somewhere.  Please contact me immediately.)

When using the Excellent plugins option to edit the volume setting with my
mouse-wheel the action to rotate my mouse-wheel _also_ changes the position
in the song I am playing.

In other words;
changing the vertical volume slider with my mouse-wheel also changes the
horizontal slider at the same time.

ps. I used the menu option to remove my menu, there seems to be no way to
get my menu back (again with the excellent plugin).
