Weird, I thought the same thing just a few days ago, but my last attempt 
at art (The + and - icons in Tron) were not well received, so I'm not 
doing another icon for a while. :-)

If you've drawn up an icon of a folder with a + on it, mail it to 
kde-multimedia@kde.org so we can take a look at it.
