Just wanted to add that I'm having here exactly the same problem, but this
time with xmms.

I'm using a SuSE 7.2 System, updated to kde 2.2.1 using the SuSE RPMs (just
checked then, they are the newest to this date).

my log is the following:

Gdk-WARNING **: Missing charsets in FontSet creation
Gdk-WARNING **: ISO8859-15
Gdk-WARNING **: ISO8859-15
Gdk-WARNING **: Missing charsets in FontSet creation
Gdk-WARNING **: ISO8859-15
Gdk-WARNING **: ISO8859-15
MCOP ObjectManager: can't find implementation for Arts::X11GlobalComm.
Segmentation fault

Carsten, this doesnt seem to be a knotify error but an arts error (so does it
seam to me). Could you please forward it to an Arts Developer?

Celeborn
