   Just a note to tell everyone that KWinTV CVS has moved into the 
KDE_2_2_BRANCH of kdenonbeta since HEAD is linked against Qt3 and we need to 
remain compatible with Qt2.x until at least version 1.0.0.

    I have net access again so I will hopefully get 0.8.10 out by next 
weekend.
