Hello Rich,

I disagree. Bugs or incoherent browser behavior has quite alot to do with the
look and feel of an operating system. Bugs aren't just anomalies that crash
an application. They can affect things in more subtle ways, like:

1. Bizarre html rendering that isn't quite broken, but is not in line with
the rendering found in mainstream browsers.

2. Applications that you attempt to close, but get hung up and therefore
never completely close without a "kill" from the console.

3. Memory leaks that slowly drain the resources of the system, causing all
applications to run more slowly.

Critical bugs are dealt with rather quickly by the KDE development team, but
bugs like those found above can and have endured.

Sean.
