Ok, no discussion, just an example. A few days ago I randomly decided
closed a konqueror window from the menu. I saw only 'quit' and decided
not to use it in case it closed all konqueror windows. I used the 'x' on
the titlebar instead.

Yes, any discussion of whether this is right or wrong behaviour belongs
on kde-look. I'll send this there too, so reply there if you care.
