The "Settings" menu needs to be made to use consistent terminology!

Currently there are at least 4 different but similar terms used:

* "Settings" as the menu title.
* "Configure <x>" for toolbars, ...
* "Preferences..." for the application (that's the string returned by
  KStdAction::preferences, event though the style-guide mandates
  "Configure <appname>..."
* "Options" (as in "Save Options")

IMHO this should be changed to only to terms:

* "Settings" stays the same
* "Save Options" is changed to "Save Settings" (which is more logical
  given the menu title)
* "Preferences..." is changed to "Configure <appname>..." as per the
  style-guide

Comments?
I know this is too late for 2.0, but it should be done as soon as possible
to stop dazzling users (unnecessarily).

bye,
Peter
