It's a Wharf in AfterStep, and I absolutely LOVE this idea! :)

I should also point out that I used to make kpanel (kde1) vertical like a=
=20
wharf.. but this doesn't work so well with kicker: the taskbar has to be=20
internal, and the tasks can't be read when they're so small...
