Hi,

KLineEdit and KComboBox feature "completion" possibilities, like the bash
or any other shell does. Not every lineedit will make use of completion,
tho, e.g. what would you complete in the subject line of empath or KMail?

So there should be a little indicator if completion in the lineedit or
combobox is available to the user, or not.

Any ideas how that indicator could look like? I thought about a thin
vertical coloured bar on the end of the lineedit, but that's not too
creative.
