Sure. One of the things this list tries to establish is an improved 
style guide for KDE applications. Please have a look at it at
http://www.developer.kde.org/documentation/standards/kde/style/basics/index.html
Goal is to consolidate as much HCI issues as possible in this guide.

Another goal of this list is to check the usability of KDE 
applications. The style guide plays an important role here since it can 
be used as a sort of checklist. KDE 2 applications start to become a 
bit more stable altely so if you are interested, try to get an up to 
date KDE version and have a look at the current state of the 
applications. (See http://www.kde.org/install-source.html for details 
about compiling KDE yourself.)
