This 1:1:1 relation is very simple and intuitive unlike (II). In (I)
Close closes the window and the document because they are the same in
this model.

In (II) you have to remember the difference between document and
window and to hit Quit to close the window and document. This is
clearly less intuitive.

I vote for (I).

There's no big difference anyway both models are very good.
