I'd just like to interject at this point that it's terribly difficult
to reliably achieve a double-click with a Wacom stylus/tablet, which
is my default pointer.  The hard-coded timeout in Qt 1.2 is much too
short (fixed in 1.3, I hear - double-clicks are still a pain though
:)).
