WMF is the Windows Metafile Format (vector graphics) which should not have 
any patent restrictions. A library for reading them already exists 
(http://www.csn.ul.ie/~caolan/docs/libwmf.html), so it should not be very 
difficult to do this. Volunteers? :) 

WMA is the Windows Media Audio format.
