This mailing-list is a place for discussing KDE's look but if you have 
somthing you would like to see in next versions of KDE you can use 
wizard on http://bugs.kde.org/wizard/index.php .
Unfortunatelly, this mailing list is pretty dead lately, but you can 
make it alive again :)
