The original post was about rounded frames.  All the themes I am seeing
have square or slightly "rounded" corners (faked with or or two
different colors for the corners).  Can Qt to true rounded corners?  Can
we have true round buttons or fully rounded corners?  If so, how??

I thought you could customize the start menu to your own needs in KDE
anyway. Maybe I'm wrong...
