It looks like when I upgraded KDE 3.5, the KDEGRAPHICS3 package was still at 
3.4 level or the YAST ftp URL needed to be refreshed or something like that.  
Anyway, I refreshed YAST, and was able to install the KDEGRAPHICS3 3.5 
package.  That resolved the problem.
