Hi,

It seems that each time I log out from KDE, the environment (windows,
applications ...) is saved. How can I prevent KDE to save all this each
time I exit ? For example, in Gnome, there is a "save session" button I
can set or not when I logout.

Regards.

Hi

Go to
Control Centner > KDE Components > Session Manager
and click "Start with empty Session"
This should do the trick.

Or even better

Control Center -> KDE Components > Session Manager

start with Saved Session

then setup the session as you would like it to be
then Start -> Save Session

This is exactly what I wanted to do. I had forgotten in my previous mail to say that I wanted to always restart from a previous pre-defined session (and not from an empty one).

Thank you.

Eric.
Kind regards,
