You can set every conceivable variable of any kde window. Right-click in the
title bar choose configure window behaviour (windows specific settings) or
Advanced-special window settings (they both bring you to the bit you need.
Make a new rule for a specific kdialog window or for the general class of
kdialogs and set its geometry/position/ forced or initially to to where u
want.
This is for kde3.4 earlier versions had other ways.
