It is a list for questions regarding KDE on Linux.
If you have problems running KDE on Ubuntu, you are right here, but none of 
your questions had any relation to KDE, all look like system setup questions 
and Ubuntu has their own mailinglists for that.

Posting to a mailinglist responsible for a certain topic largely increases 
your chance to get useful answers.
