Thanks, Esben. I found another way is to modify /etc/kde/kdm/Xsession (in fact , it's a soft link to /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession) script to add my application. It seems work no matter which XDM one login. I want to run different script for Gnome and KDE session startup, I think that's the file I should modify.
