KDE 3.2.3

has anyone had this problem?

Why I click the KDE menu icon (start button) the right arrows do not
appear..

They appear sometime... it looks like the menu width does not get calculated
correctly...

It will stay this way untill I remove my temp files... ( i don't know which
one... i remove all of them...)

Does anyone else have this problem? is there a way around this?
