Is there any way to customize the address layout in Kaddressbook to make it 
friendlier to US mailing addresses? Right now, a US address ends up looking 
like this:

Atlanta GA, 30324

I see allowances in KDE 3.3 for custom fields, but if you add them, I can't 
see that it changes anything at all.
