If you send a message for which *all* of the recipients are bcc - the 
to: header will be blank.  Some e-mail providers (notably earthlink) 
reject such messages as SPAM and some e-mail programs will not allow you 
to send such messages.

Perhaps one of the other headers (such as the bcc header) might be 
useful to filter on (such as envelope sender)?
