K -> Control Center -> KDE Components -> File Associations -> text/html
You can set it to any browser you want. Not exactly an intuitive location, but there it is :-)

Subject: [kde-linux] Switch default browser like in windows
Is it possible to make KDE open http URRLs in mozilla firefox by default?
I mean in the way that windows can let you select a default browser
that makes any url request use mozilla instead of Internet Explorer.
Best regards
Jonas
