You are welcome to join the list.  But, I am CCin' you this once. :-)

The first thing to to is to open the KDE Control Module for the KHTML fonts.

In Konqueror: Settings => "Configure Konqueror" then choose the: "Fonts" section.

There, you can set the: "Medium Font Size".  10 or 12 is a good choice.

If that doesn't do it, you have a more serious problem.
