Note that I have not looked at the Debian package.  However please note that if you 
install Flash correctly in Mozilla -- that is, the SO file in "mozilla/plugins/" and \
the  XPT file in: "mozilla/components/" -- it won't work with Konqueror.  You need to \
install  it again for Konqueror with both files in the same directory somewhere.
