Have you tried changing the browser identification in konqueror settings? I 
had a similar problem with NAB. I'm using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; 
Windows NT 5.0) as the identity. I haven't tried anything else since this one 
works:) You might also want to check that Javascript is enabled if the 
Westpac site uses it.
