In prior releases of Kmail, right clicking on a folder name that had
"contains a mailing" list selected in properties would offer a context 
menu item of Post to the List.  This appears gone in Kmail 1.5 under 
KDe 3.1.   Any way to get this back?

I also remember one of the developers posting here about a way
to suppress the appearance of the Delete Folder option in the 
context menu presented when you right click a list name in the 
folder list.  This was said to be possible in the new version.

Is this indeed possible?
