Hello everybody!

I'm running KDE 3.1 on SuSE 8.1. I have a problem that started while I
was running KDE 3.0.5 and still continues with 3.1.

If I move the icons on my desktop to different positions, when I logout
and log back into KDE, the icons are back at their old positions. When I
logout, I have the "Save session for future logins" box checked.

This HAD been working fine. I had placed my icons in certain spots on my
desktop previously and it worked fine. In fact, those icons still retain
their proper positions. But, new icons that I've added in the last two
days simply do not retain their positions. When KDE starts, those icons
show up on the left side of the desktop. In the control center, I have
"Align Icons Vertically on Desktop" checked.

Any help is appreciated.

Rick
