Hi,

it's 3.1 time - and I am still waiting for the "report your problems..." URL 
in all kde apps help menus to be the correct one, i.e. 
"bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi". Currently it shows the pre-bugzilla 
"bugs.kde.org/wizard/index.php".

Is that a specific problem to SuSE rpms, or a general one? Is there a way to 
configure?
