When I open it, I get 2 "Bookmarks" pull downs, one valid and showing my 
bookmarks, the other just showing the 2 default commands.

On the side of the software box, in the 'System Requirements' section,
it said 'Requires Windows 95 or better'. So I installed Linux and lived
happily ever after.
