Actually there is a great deal of discussion on kde-core-devel about the
release date of KDE 3.1 final. It is looking like it will likely be released
around January 8th due to a flaw found in the code. Note that I don't speak
for Dirk, Waldo or any of the other core devel team, but I applaud them for
pushing the release back to fix a potentially serious flaw.
