First I am primarily a windoze user that uses a linux box to monitor my
network.  I did run 7.3 but then put in a new hardrive and updated to RH8.
The package manager in RH8 appears to only work for core RH packages not 3rd
party apps.  So I installed the kdeadmin stuff from the RH cd's and couldn't
find kpackage.  I then installed the kdeadmin 3.04 from KDE directly.  Still
no kpackage other than tow kpackage.png files.  So am I just dumb as a rock?
If I am can someone take pity on a poor windoze sure and tell me where the
kpackage stuff is or what the files are named?  TIA
