That is ONLY IF you are dellusional enough to believe that code borrowed from other applications in KDE (of which there is quite a bit) has value and no Copyright. KDE has never attempted to take inventory on this (indeed it would not be easy to do..) I'm sure it wouldn't surprise you that I believe this to be because they realize just how much there would be and how much of a problem it would cause if they had to admit now that there is not and could not be any implicit permission.
