Isn't it rude to talk about someone while putting that person in a
kill file ?  Either action is fine by itself though but together it's

RedHat spoke to some lawyers and were told anyone who sued would have
no case.  Having Mandrake eat there lunch didn't hurt either.

What bothers me is will you toss the whole thing ( like you did for 
kdelibs which has no license problems since it's not under the GPL ) 
or just Designer.  essentially extracting the offending code ( what you 
wouldn't do for KDE ).

To be consistent Debian needs to ditch QT and with it all QT dependent 
apps since you don't ship programs that can't run.  I.e. According to my 
understanding of Debian policy at this point LICQ is now in danger of 
getting kicked out of Debian.

Did I miss something ?
