Neither is Harmony an identical replacement to QT.  However that might 
change at any time.

No.  It gets even better.  The worst that can happen with QT is that
Troll Will abandon it and we will be stuck with the current bugs.  No
big problem since FreeQT is now a proven concept ( it can be done 
and is partway working ), if the worse were to happen then we could 
continue to use QT until FreeQT was ready.  Will the rest of the 
Free software people accept this reasoning ?  Not likely since they 
can display religious zeal like the rest of us :)
