I don't think that combination is a actual legal issue here, as these
is not to my knowlegde actually combined.  But note that for new files,
gplv3+ is not a accepted license in KDE, and it has not been at all.

Someone should look at getting all these files relicensed. I_don't think
there is that many developers on those files, so that tracking down the
right people should be possible. Any takers ?
