actually, you can't. you have to actively assign it. there is no passive lo=
ss=20
in copyright, which makes life very fun for film makers trying to use old=20
footage, for instance.

automatically grant you copyright.

really what needs to be done is to go through the log and discard trivial=20
commits. =3D/

hopefully that person would own up to it, or at least mention it in the log=
