It's virtually identical to existing licenses used in KDE.  The major 
difference is this part:

"Any person wishing to distribute modifications to the Software is 
requested to send the modifications to the original developer so that they 
can be incorporated into the canonical version."

And that's just a request, so it should not matter.  I don't imagine 
licensing issues would keep KDE from using it.
