Yep.  This looks like an oversight that needs to be sorted out by someone with CVS access, \
decent scripting skills and known to the author as reprisenting KDE.

Every source file has the same exact header.  Which should make a search and replace posible.

Note however that there is a GPL "LICENSE" file in the folder.  Also the CVS tags on mimelib \
indicate "Please change the license to GPL.  I would do it myself if I had time."

This is not nesiserily a good thing.  You see, Mimelib is a library.  As such it realy neads \
LGPL coverage.  I would guess that this was within the author's intention.  If you put a none \
license like the original one on your code then you probebly do not care very much about \
licenses.  I.e.  GPL == LGPL to you. :)
