Thanks for the hint. 
A textnote link isn't provided to be connected to a generalization or another
type of relationship. Normally nothing should happen if you try to connect it so
the crash is a bug that should be fixed.

No, there is nobody who takes care for this. The i18n support at all isn't done
yet.
