Subject: New diagram for the day and questions regarding design

The new latest diagram is at:

This covers line related classes and their respective relationships.
(I.e., everthing in the line directory.) And, yes, one of the
diagrams is still getting chopped up due to a misundertanding between
latex, tex, dvips, ps2png, or whatever. Ghu knows what the problem
is. I'll attend to that later.
Anyway: is it just me, or is that diagram a little, um, overly
complex? Why are there classes for diagonal, horizontal, and vertical
lines? Shouldn't those be attributes of a single line class? And
what's up with SwitchLine? As far as I can tell, it's used to
dynamically switch between two line types; if so, why not just change
attributes of a single line object?
